Placeholder pending our securities + money-transmission counsel sign-off (our pre-launch gate). This is not legal advice, and the binding terms are the ones counsel finalizes.

What we collect, why, and what we never do. Sigil is non-custodial — we never hold your keys, and we keep to the minimum we need to run the club.

What we collect

Your account email, your embedded wallet address, the circles you hold or operate, and the on-chain activity tied to your passes. Card payments are processed by our checkout partner (Wert) — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To create your account and wallet, gate access to the circles your pass unlocks, settle payments and payouts, and keep the marketplace honest (fraud, abuse, support). That's it.

What we never do

We don't sell your data, and we can't move or seize your passes — they live in your own wallet. We're non-custodial by design; the platform can deploy and mint, but it cannot take what's yours.

On-chain data is public

Ownership and transfers of a pass are recorded on a public blockchain and are visible to anyone. We never put personal information on-chain.

Your choices

You can export your wallet, request your data, or close your account at any time. Closing your account doesn't affect your on-chain passes — those remain yours.
